We have 50 solid molding machines, 6 liquid molding machines, 3 extrusion lines, and a class 10,000 cleanroom.
Can you ensure a stable supply of raw materials?
Our company has an automated silicone raw material factory with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons, and we maintain around 800 tons of turnover raw material in stock. We have LFGB, FDA, REACH, California Proposition 65, and toxic substance certifications from the US, ensuring quality.
Do you have environmental certifications?
We have LFGB, FDA, REACH, CA65, TSCA2026, EN71, GB4806-2025, ROHS2026, PAHS2026, HALOGEN, and PHTHALATES certifications.
Can you produce your own molds? What is the service life?
We have our own mold workshop and a professional R&D design team. The mold service life can reach up to 300,000 cycles, and we can produce 2,000 sets of molds per year.
Our products will need adhesive backing and die-cutting, with cleanliness requirements for production. Does your workshop meet the standards?
We are equipped with a class 10,000 clean die-cutting workshop and a clean silkscreen printing workshop, maintaining high production standards that fully meet the requirements.
We are in foreign trade and have overseas factories. Can you cooperate with shipping?
We can accept global orders and have a mature export process. Currently, we export to countries including the USA, Vietnam, India, Russia, Turkey, Colombia, and more.
I have a small trial order. Can you accept it? Do you support customization?
Absolutely! We accept OEM/ODM customization, handling both large and small batch orders flexibly. The minimum order amount is USD 350.00.
